A dedicated surface-finishing department including
experienced
deburring personnel as well as wet and dry
media surface treatment capability means that sharp, burr-free corners
and edges are achieved especially critical in high frequency microwave
applications.
Also available is the capability to heat-treat or anneal metals in inert atmosphere furnaces. This is necessary between roughing out and finish-machining of low-expansion alloys such as Kovar.
